We go every year for a summer vacation in Eilat, we visited all the hotels in Eilat and for sure this is the best hotel we stayed in! The service is fantastic and all the employees, the cleaner, the waiter, the security guard and the managers do the best job there is. The spa is perfect and the pools are great. The hotel is boutique and hosts about 30 couples in my opinion, which is much more pleasant and fun, the crowds are not noticeable. And the highlight is the food, in my life I have never been to a hotel that serves dishes at such a high level in the dining room! Thanks to the entire Harrods team for an amazing experience that ended too quickly☹️

The stay was amazing. Besides all the beauty and fun of the area and the hotel itself, the staff was great. Concierge Vladimir was OUTSTANDING. He knew what we needed and wanted before we did and went out of his way to help and make sure our stay is great. Esther at the check-in desk was also great and went out of her way to help. Overall, the service was wonderful and we had a great time. Thank you all! Certainly planning to comeback again soon!

Great room and location, but the service was awful, I never in my life experienced such a disgusting behavior from hotel service We pay extra for the spa and it wasn’t working, and somehow they can’t return the extra fee that we paid I’m never going back to this hotel again

We are multiple returning guests at Herods Vitalis Hotel so it is not easy to write a review twice a year and without repeating. But we continue to be big fans of Vitalis and would like to share with the community our experience of staying here. It would seem difficult to find something new and unexpected while returning to the hotel so ofen. Nevertheless, also during our last stay, we discover a number of positive changes and pleasant surprises here. We spent in Vitalis hotel three nights in the middle of April, a very advantageous month for vacations in Eilat, at the same time celebrating the birhday of one of us. The hotel continues to be very comfortable, filled with the feeling of relaxing and very cozy guest home. This time we booked and receive immaculately clean and well equipped Suite on the 8th floor with huge balcony. A bottle of wine, small gift and sweets were kindly prepared for us. Two bottles of mineral water as was the toiletries kit were replenished every day. The silence, comfort, rich gourme breakfast including order of scrambled eggs of your choice and impeccable cleanliness continue to be a features of this hotel. We enjoyed meals and drinks throughout all the day in the nice lounge zone on the 2nd floor. It is worth mentioning the improved variety of food during lunch. The waiters were very helpful and attentive, served quickly and with a smile. A pleasant surprise was a completely renewed elegant set of dishes. Unbeatable service continues to be one of the main hotel features. We would particularly like to acknowledge the excellent hotel management by recently appointed CEO Mrs. Liat Cohen, added a number of improvements. Please accept our thanks for your personal and warm attitude and express our deep sympathy! All the staff is young, professional, goodwilling and provides great service. Our especially thanks to Vladimir, hotel security manager, extremely polite and solve various problems, to receptionists for their invaluable help, and also to Faris for thorough cleaning of our suite. We chose the Herods Vitalis hotel once many years ago and would like that it will be forever.
