++ Bett-Komfort ++ Bett-Sauberkeit + Kühlschrank o Toilette okay, aber deutliche Abnutzung - keine Gemütlichkeit im Container - sehr hellhörig, auch von außen - Wartezeit 25 min Check-In - von der Speisekarte wenig vorhanden - Zimmerdecke teils offen - einzige Nachttischlampe defekt -- unhygienische, verdreckte Vorhänge -- kein heißes Wasser -- sehr starker Rost an allen Armaturen -- Duschkopf völlig verkalkt -- kein Wasserdruck Wir haben uns derart unwohl gefühlt, dass wir die zweite Nacht verfallen ließen und in ein nahgelegenes Hotel umzogen. Zimmer machte einen sehr schmuddeligen Gesamteindruck. Auch für nur etwa R700 unzumutbar.

Nos alojamos en 3 habitaciones, que estaban bien con camas cómodas. El problema de este alojamiento radica en la dejadez de su mantenimiento, con duchas oxidadas. Y también el poco control sobre el ruido de otros huéspedes, en las dos noches que estuvimos hubo barbacoa con música alta hasta las 2 de la madrugada y la otra noche unas broncas hasta las 3 de la madrugada.

Stayed over 2 nights during a conference held at Kruger Park Lodge. Could not get into the property after the conference in spite of letting them know and arranging that we were going to be after dark. Sat in front of gate for very long time with no one in attendance. No electricity or hot water. No generator with loadshedding? Fumbled round in the dark by cell phone light. Very inhospitable overall and no trouble done to make guests feel welcome or to attend to them. Will definitely not recommend for anyone to stay.

Absolutely amazing is an understatement! The most exceptional service and such attention to detail - very efficient and does everything to the best of his ability… thank you so much Lawrence! You made this experience the best one yet Housekeeping was exceptional . Very friendly staff. Kruger gate hotel was absolutely spectacular!

Good day Please upgrade the Wi-Fi network or signal to the rooms further from the offices or gate because you dont even get signal most of the time. Kind regards

Waking up to sound of the birds was amazing for me; this is the place to be if you want some peace and quiet. The rooms are really clean and the staff is very friendly. This place bring you back to yourself 🌸 I would have loved a swimming pool but the serenity is enough.
