O Hotel surpreendeu pela ótima qualidade dos apartamentos, muito bem decorado, limpo, confortável, colchão de qualidade, banho bom e bela vista para o Rio. As áreas comuns do Hotel são bem-cuidadas, principalmente o restaurante-bar. Todas as refeições agradaram, com destaque para a qualidade e a variedade dos pratos diversificados servidos, com opções para todos os gostos. O Hotel proporciona momentos de paz, relaxamento e é incrivelmente silencioso. O atendimento é profissional, atencioso e personalizado, da recepção, garçons e pessoal que trabalha na limpeza dos apartamentos, todos muito atenciosos, simpáticos e alegres! Já estou com saudades da Angie, minha protetora! Destaque para os safáris, muito agradáveis, sendo que nos realizados pela manhã até bolsa térmica com água quente era disponibilizada para aquecer as mãos e o assento. O guia tem visão de raio-X, pois enxergava tudo e explicava cada animal, ave e plantas. Obrigado Tebogo pela excelente experiência que nos proporcionou, sem contar os drinques de Amarula!!!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience! Our stay at this lodge was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, making us feel at home in the heart of the wilderness. The game drives were an absolute highlight, thanks to our outstanding guide, Alvis, whose deep knowledge and sharp eye ensured we had some of the most spectacular wildlife encounters imaginable. Every drive was filled with unforgettable moments, making each outing a true adventure. The design of the lodge is stunning, seamlessly blending luxury with nature. Whether relaxing in the beautifully designed rooms or unwinding in the common areas, everything felt thoughtfully curated and inviting. The culinary experience was just as impressive. The food was consistently excellent, and the beverage selection was well above expectations, particularly the outstanding wine choices—far beyond what one would typically expect from an all-inclusive offering. A special mention goes to the pool area, which provided breathtaking views of hippos, elephants, and even crocodiles—a magical setting that made every moment feel surreal. In summary, our stay exceeded all expectations. The value for money was outstanding, and saying goodbye was truly difficult. We will cherish these memories and can only hope to return one day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

Exceptional in Every Detail This was a very special chance for my daughter and I to visit Kruger Park. So I opted for a special place to stay - Kruger Shalati. We stayed in a train car on the bridge. It was elegant, quiet, and spacious with a spectacular view. Below us in the river was abundant wildlife including hippos. We enjoyed an all inclusive plan with superb dining, gracious service, and two daily safaris with exceptional guides (shout out to Lisa!) I stay in hotels 100+ nights a year and this ranks as one of the finest resorts I’ve ever experienced.

Unfurgetable Experience! Fantastic Experience we had in this Lodge! Unfurtunatelly, we just stayed one night, and should be 2 nights and inside the train! The room we choice was amazing! But inside the train should be an undorgetable experience!! Just inside the restaurant it was warm, should have more ar condicionar!

Beautiful resort in the vast wilderness The staff are all so friendly and hospitable. Be ready to eat like you never have before on the fully inclusive package. Stayed in Garden room number 5 and it was very nice and spacious. Elephants, monkeys, crocodiles and hippos are all at the doorstep of the resort visiting daily which is amazing. Twice daily game drives take place at 5am and 4:30pm and we're so much fun.

Just the best! This is a dream Safari lodge. The service is over the top, beautiful grounds, terrific Safari guides, good food, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
