Our newly renovated and furnished, ground level condo is perfect for family and friends seeking the world class fly fishing, skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking offered by the Vail Valley as well as the rest and relaxation of a glass of wine on a secluded, river front patio. Unique amenities include a 1 min walk to a mile of private fishing access on the Eagle River, a short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail skiing, and a 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery store, and other Edwards River Walk shops.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 8.

Check in was very easy and appliances are very new and efficient. We loved outdoor patio. Well furnished. Communication with the owner was easy. Only problem we had was a dinning table and chairs, which were too high and not steady enough. We recommend this condo full heartedly.

Great Stay
The location was extremely convenient. Just a couple miles to Arrowhead and walking distance to Riverwalk for groceries, restaurants, and shops. We plan to rent again.

Fabulous condo, and location
The condo was excellent, and the location was perfect for fly fishing on the Eagle River

Spectacular!
This location was absolutely perfect. My wife and I loved the nice, modern and comfortable feel of the condo. Ideally located next to a walking trail and the Eagle River, we could not have asked for a more tranquil location for our visit to Edwards, CO!

Excellent overall experience
Travis's place was as advertised, clean, great location next to the river, quiet area, and close to both the town of Edwards and Beaver Creek parking lots. Great condo for a family of 4. The condo was clean and well furnished. We would stay here again.

Annual ski vacation made great
The location of the property, the cleanliness, the decoration were perfect. I've never stayed in a VRBO that had all the condiments and cooking supplies you could ever need. Hope to stay here again next year!
