Best service, everybody was extremely helpful always ask if I needed additional amenities. The pool was always extremely clean the hot tub is amazing and the rooms are extremely clean 100% a five star location.

I stay here approximately 4 times per month for work. We have up to 30 workers with our company staying here. Great hotel, staff is top notch. I leave before breakfast opens, they provide a great bagged breakfast/lunch in lieu. Very convenient. Huge Parking lot. Staff know me by name and are always super helpful and accommodating for our company requirements. Well Done, Edson Best Western!

Ein einfaches gutes Hotel, welches wir für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gebucht haben. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In war freundlich und bemüht uns das Zimmer früher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches sehr groß und sauber war. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, sodass man die anderen Gäste Nachts und früh Morgens sehr gehört hat. Überwiegend wird dieses Hotel augenscheinlich von Fernfahrern genutzt. Für eine Nacht war die Geräuschkulisse jedoch erträglich. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen lies dies jedoch schnell vergessen. Man hatte eine Wahl zwischen mehreren Gerichten. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und die Portionsgröße sehr groß. Das Restaurant ist wirklich zum empfehlen.

Staff is so friendly and care about your stay. Prompt and make you feel like you are coming over for a family visit. Clean rooms. Food and service is second to none. They pull up your reservation and welcome you back ! Great to see you again Dave. We have your rewards number right here. Thank you for allowing us to host you while you are on your business trip. We spent the weekend here with a hockey team. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. They allowed us to use the conference room and the pool was tidy and ready for the team each night. The price also included a nice breakfast. I would recommend for a family or team in the future!

The hotel is right off the highway in the middle of Edson so it's pretty easy to find. I just spent one night there and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. The price for a basic room is a little high IMO.

The staff here was so wonderful. The cleaning staff were always so friendly, smiling always. If you asked for anything they assisted you immediately. The biggest shout out goes to Lillian. We were there for a week for our daughter's wedding. She assisted us with all the rooms, accommodations. She was so helpful before we even arrived. Once there she checked on us to make sure everything was great. She celebrated our event with such comfort and care. She listened to what we needed when I called and they proceeded to tell us what the hotel had to offer and what would work best for our situation. She was so incredibly helpful. As more wedding guests arrived at the hotel she made sure that their accommodations were exactly what they needed. Thank you Lillian for a job well done!!!!

The room was sparkly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the room facilities are very good as well. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a spacious counter to prepare meals. There is plenty of coffee in the rooms as well. Breakfast is served and they have 3 options to choose from, with one option either coffee or juice, we wanted juice so paid for it, not much though. It is not buffet. But the restaurant area is very nice and clean. Because we were delayed in our arrival the reception desk called us to make sure we were going to make it, so we thought it was a good gesture. There is plenty of parking. They have a nice size of a pool and a hot tub as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very clean as well. They also have coffee at the reception area.

Mattresses were great - better than home. Great food/a**osphere at the restaurant and pub. Excellent place to stay. Staff was super friendly, lots of parking and the place was very clean. Complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby (as well as the room), but was able to fill up my mug for the drive home!
