*位置，是優點也是劣勢。周圍很方便熱鬧，酒店成羣，緊鄰一個有沃爾瑪的mall.大大小小的餐廳不下10家，豐儉由人很方便。熊貓快餐很好的滿足中國胃。旁邊的主幹道是高速，大卡車，大貨車，風馳電掣的開過去，早晨5點多就被高速行駛的車輛聲音吵醒，感覺自己睡在馬路上了😭 *服務，不太盡如人意。第一晚住宿，洗手間的潤膚露是用剩的小半瓶，我就直接扔了。所以洗手枱上除了一塊小香皂什麼都沒有了。第二天打掃房間竟然啥都沒有補。並且沒有給新的浴室墊腳巾。 *設施，房間帶廚房？！對，有一個微波爐，一個洗手池，其他呢？並沒有更多！！床品很差，洗了很多水的床單被單被子都是舊舊的灰白，很起來就很廉價旅館的感覺。 *早餐，週中7-9點，廚師現場煎蛋外，有水果，酸奶，麪包，肉類，算是一應俱全了。 總之，下次不會住了，隔壁喜來登明顯好過這裏，快捷酒店和星級酒店的區別。

沒有美國的元素好。 硬件設施很一般。 地理位置也一般。 圖片是費爾蒙～ 推薦！

我們試過這家酒店。 不是第一次，但絕對不會讓人失望。 乾淨、衛生、漂亮的新房間、小廚房、清新的香味、漂亮的酒店景觀、美味的早餐，靠近西埃德蒙頓購物中心 絕對是一次不錯的體驗！

酒店漂亮又乾淨，自助早餐很好，廚師在你面前做煎蛋捲。游泳池也很好很乾淨。

We did not have the room we were expecting. They put us in the hotel beside in 2 rooms. But did not have the commodity like in Element room. Pool was full of teenagers without there parents. Splashing water everywhere on us. Water did not feel cleaned. Last year i was there for 3 weeks. Completely different experience. Not sure i will come back.

這是我們第二次住在這裡，總的來說，這家酒店和住宿都很好。只是幾件事： 1.沙發床上的床墊不是很好。但它還是一張沙發床，所以這是意料之中的。 2.泳池區很髒而且沒有暖氣。我們之前去的時候泳池水是溫的。但這一次卻是冰冷的。這阻礙了我的 kdis 在泳池裡玩耍的所有計劃。

I probably would not stay again! We were not told at check in we had to request room service. The pool and hot tub were freezing the first night we had to go to the front desk twice in over an hour period to ask for towels. The second night we asked for towels again at the pool an after an hour they didn’t come so we just went up to our room soaking wet.

總體來說還可以。房間不是很乾淨。女僕服務來過一次，但甚至沒有把垃圾倒掉，也沒有真正打掃乾淨。下次我會嘗試不同的酒店。

位置很好，去henday很方便！床很乾淨而且很棒。房間很新而且很舒適。會再次住在這裡。

我們的房間鑰匙無法使用，我們進行了多次更換，他們甚至更換了門上的讀卡器。我們最終只有一把鑰匙，這意味著我們只有一個人可以離開。鑰匙在游泳池或健身房不起作用。床不太舒服，枕頭很平。熱水浴缸裡的噴射器不起作用。

We were spending a weekend in the city to see our family. Our room was located right beside the road so it was extremely noisy. There were parties going on around the hotel till about 4am and it was extremely hard to sleep our first night. My partner was getting ready around the room and she noticed that there were no towels so she order some more, while hanging our clothes in the closet she found a needle. The staff was good about getting us a new room but because we booked with ******* they couldn't do much more then offer us a discount on our next visit. I usually book with ******* so that doesn't help me out.
