Close to downtown in historic neighborhood. Next door to cafes, shops, tapas, burger bar. Located steps away to Ada Boulevard and the beautiful River Valley with many walking and bicycle trails. Catch a game at Common Wealth stadium. Private with separate entry.
Pets are welcome (pet fee applies, 2 PETS MAX)About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:○ No gathering/party
○ Quiet hours. Weekdays 10 pm - 7 am house. Weekends 12 midnight - 7am
○ No pets on furniture or bed.○ A fee of $100 per person per night applies to any unreserved guest.
○ No smoking of any kind in or around the house. It will result in a $500 fine,○ Unless there is an agreed change in checkout time, if Guest does not checkout at the standard checkout time. Amazing calm and quiet friendly house lots of space for family to enjoy I would definitely recommend this house because it’s big comfortable and beautiful however there is no washroom body wash and shampoo to take a shower so you have to bring your own soaps and the check out time was a little bit early and it was 10am it should be 11am

Highlands bakery
We loved staying at this property. It was super spacious and in a great location. The bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing, and honestly probably the most responsive owner with home we have communicated. For sure we would stay again. Highly recommend.

Great Place!
Great place in character neighborhood. We walked down to the river (about 5 minute walk) where there are some great walking trails.

Fantastic place
We stayed at this beautiful house and had a wonderful time. I recommend everyone stay here at least once. Thank you to our hosts they are truly great people.

Perfect Highlands experience!
We rented 3 separate properties from Sterling for our daughter’s wedding at the Highlands Golf Course. The location was perfect for us & the neighborhood was so beautiful! Close to walking trails with fantastic views of the river valley. The unit was very clean & spacious for the four of us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have air conditioning & laundry as well. Sterling was easy to communicate with & answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property!

Great getaway in Edmonton
Property manager, Sterling was excellent to deal with!!
He ensured that we gained access to the property and checked in shortly after check out. He was very quick to answer calls and messages.
The property was wonderful, location was absolutely perfect & furnishings made the space so welcoming. A great home away from home.
We would definitely stay at the property again in future and will recommend to friends and relatives.
Overall, an excellent stay for us in Edmonton!!
