優點：賓館位置比較好。這是一個很大的賓館，房間很多。露台超級漂亮。 缺點： 1-但我的房間有間隔的巨大設備的噪音，不知道是什麼，比冰箱的噪音大多了。 2-樓道和餐廳不怎麼開暖氣，非常冷。 3-床比較軟 4-但是前麪沒有可供出租車停車地方 總體：4分 2000多的性價比不是很高，但整個英國賓館水平和亞洲沒法比，也不能怪這家。

在愛寶留學的一年，周圍同學朋友津津樂道的便便屋沒想到是W酒店。 新開業第二天入住，前台行李服務人員很熱情，絲滑記寄存。但是辦理入住程序緩慢，需要進行各種認證，整體流程等待接近半小時，很多辦理入住的住客選擇寄存行李，去一旁st james商圈逛逛。 房間大部分一次性用品是不提供的，由於自身攜帶，也沒諮詢前台是否能夠提供。一次性拖鞋好評，比較暖和舒適。mini bar提供的酒水都是付費的，辦理入住會要求提供100鎊按金。 早餐方面，分10樓和11樓，我們選擇的是10樓的英式早餐，是半自助形式，也是這次入住體驗唯一的亮點。由於新開業，很多設施和觀景台都暫未開放，希望下次來能有更多的體驗。

我們剛下飛機就感到非常疲憊,因爲發現我沒有駕照,也找不到租來的車:(我着嘴走了。我們乘電車去了聖安德魯廣場。我們需要在佩布爾斯的邊境地帶。我們在愛丁堡大酒店停下來。桌子的人再好不過了!他們叫了兩次出租車服務!他們拿着我們的行李說樓上是酒吧,我們可以和一位美妙而甜蜜的雞尾酒女招待一起等着放鬆。他一到,他們就來接我們,把我們的行李送到出租車上,我們將來會講很多次這個故事,我們會很親切地對待他們。

這是我們第二次入住這家酒店,我們住了將近一個星期。您無法打敗喬治街的位置,就在市中心,靠近商店和餐館。酒店很漂亮,房間和浴室都很好。特大牀有很好的牀墊和枕頭。有一個保險箱。自從我們上次covid前入住以來,他們似乎已經升級了,包括(所有房間)的空調。正如你在大城市所預料的那樣,房間相當小,酒店也不完全安靜;也取決於你房間的面孔。我們正好在電梯旁,我一般不喜歡。我想知道是不是因爲我們通過信用卡預訂而不是直接預訂的。似乎有時也有“懲罰”。房間每天都有水、美味的曲奇和小吃。你可以用濾器單獨製作一杯滴咖啡,比速溶咖啡好得多,但不如尼濃咖啡,IMHO。我們含早餐,印刷出版社簡直太棒了,早餐,任何一頓飯,晚晚的雞尾酒和威士忌。布爾& Co 是一家咖啡店,也就在隔壁,外面有桌子。喜歡那個地方。酒店的服務很棒。我們丟了一個手提箱,每天檢查狀態和更改送貨地址時得到支持。護髮素似乎短缺,第一天沒有打擾的跡象,早上8點被吵醒,但這並沒有破壞我們對酒店住宿的享受。我們期望能回來。

意思是要寫一陣子-去年住了一個周末去大學讀書。我們被分配的房間窗戶有問題-無法關閉-大風到可以聽到風的程度。抱怨並最初被告知要調高暖氣-這很難令人滿意，因此我們被轉移到另一個房間，那裡的電視也有問題。在酒吧提供了免費的雞尾酒，但沒有到場，所以不得不再次追逐這些雞尾酒。酒吧裏的周日晚上晚餐很恐怖-比薩餅和魚糊真的很糟糕。如此，在許多級別上對服務都不為所動，一位經理終於介入解決錯誤目錄，並扣除了我們的部分總賬單-但是要挽救經驗以免過早陷入困境已經有些遲了。否則它是一家華麗的酒店-可愛的裝飾和美味的早餐，但希望自我們訪問以來，他們已投資於員工客戶服務培訓。

On arrival we were greeted warmly by our hosts who proved most helpful in getting a room we liked and opening the secure car park for us. We took a room in a separate building opening onto the car park which, while small, was cosy and precisely fitted our desire not to climb stairs and to have easy access to outdoors. Breakfast was exceptional with both the 'Full Scottish' and Smoked Haddock and poached eggs (a particular favourite) available. The location was superb with a bus stop within 100 yds offering a service into Princes Street one way and the Royal Yacht Britannia the other. It was also an easy walk to Newhaven Harbour with great seafood restaurants. I cannot recommend it more highly. Absolutely fabulous.

We stayed at the Edinburgh Leith hotel as we were taking our daughters away during the half term on a family break and we had stayed at the hotel before. The hotel did not disappoint and had everything we asked for. We had pre-booked breakfast also and that worked out well for us as a family of four. The location was ideal as it was nice and quiet which suited our needs. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and everything was convenient. Will definitely return!

這家酒店歷史悠久而宏偉，我強烈推薦它。曾經是利斯港口的船長之家，它確實保留了歷史建築的所有魅力，但還進行了許多很酷的升級！該地區真的很迷人，就在水邊，而且乘公共汽車到市區的所有站點都非常快。從餐廳到客房清潔再到前台的每位員工，都竭盡全力地做到仁慈，樂於助人和細心。這對我來說是一生的旅程，他們的確使我更愛丁堡。我強烈推薦The Malmaison。非常感謝您的住宿。

A few months back I booked a one night stay in the Edinburgh House Hotel for myself and partner.  We both agreed from the reviews it was a basic hotel but from the pictures on the website we felt confident it would be clean and would be perfect to just use as a base for our city break. We arrived yesterday to a hotel that was VERY different to the hotel you are advertising on your site.  Firstly the signage was falling apart and the windows were ditched in dust and dirt, first impressions worried us. Upon entering the building we were greeted to what can only be described as a dirty, uncared for, unwelcoming foyer. We were taken into a dining room/reception which again was dusty and not looked after, your website shows this room to have a bar, well there isn't one. Intact there is a coke fridge with a few cans of Iron Brew!  My partner checked us in and nervously we went up to our room. We were on the top floor, the stairs were dirty and needed a good vacuum, in some places the carpet needed securing to the floor as it was a trip hazard. We got to our room and before going in we were shocked, wallpaper had been pulled off the wall and the corridor was in an atrocious state. The bedroom was not any better, the carpet was filthy, the furniture was broken or flimsy, the ensuite mouldy and not clean.  Not only was the hotel filthy and very run down I believe it is unsafe and not in line with the current fire regulations. The fire alarms had bags over them, there was no fire escape signage, including fire safety and escape/assembly point signage in the rooms, the window in the room was nailed shut. I dont believe the doors were fire safety doors either. We both agreed that this wasn't basic it was filthy, uncared for dirty, unsafe hotel and there was no way we could stay there. We discussed it with the manager who was happy to give us another room however we weren’t confident it would be any better. The hotel throughout was unkempt. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. The pictures on the website where we booked it are nothing like what we saw!
