I booked a double room and was told that the room was very compacted. But it was beyond our expectation. Clean and saving. Very central. Just 5 min walk from Haymarket station

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum. Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

Personale molto amichevole. Ci hanno accolto con tanto gentilezza e disponibilità. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Il lounge aperto 24 h su 24 h è davvero una comodità. Check in semplicissimo e velocissimo in autonomia. Deposito bagagli disponibile anche dopo aver lasciato la camera.

A word of caution for those who are hoping to get 'a bit more' than bread, porridge and fruits, in breakfast.The hub doesn't serve 'cooked breakfast'.A word of advise to the hub, it surely would be more convenient for guests to have access to heating kettle in rooms.Amongst the four hotels that we stayed in on our recent trip to the UK, I would not rank the hub, right up there, in terms of comfort and the attitude of the staff, which while not discourteous were rather indifferent.

The Hub by Premier Inn is a cut down version of the usual Premier Inn. It has smaller rooms, no room refreshments, continental breakfast only and no car park. If these things are not important to you then it is probably a good hotel to choose. The staff are very friendly and helpful but have to multitask so are not always there when you need them - bar, breakfast, check-in etc.. Not a major problem but sometimes you are waiting 2-3 minutes for something. Otherwise the hotel is very modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. Showers excellent and facilities other than those mentined above hard to fault.
