杜維愛丁堡飯店(Hotel du Vin Edinburgh)

Truly a disappointment, for the price you pay and the quality of service. We stayed there regrettably for four night and paid over 2K. We requested to have our room serviced every day we stayed but we were simply ignored. We asked the reception several times each day. I had to chase down the house keeper to get toilet paper and some coffee. The final night I confronted the reception about the matter and with a condescending response she said it must have been our fault because we never put out the « Make up the room » sign. That only infuriated us even more. Plus, the food was mediocre, at best. Profoundly disappointed. Look elsewhere!!!

Bel endroit belle ambiance. Souper deux soirs au bistro de l’hôtel premier soir très bon. Deuxième soir digne d’un restaurant bas de gamme. Le lit n’a pas été refait ni de bouteilles d’eau.

Amazing place to stay. Stayed for a 2 night break and upgraded to the Signature Suite. The location is fantastic, walong to distance to The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and all other attractions. The staff were amazing and accommodate are requests. A massive thank you to Mirren, she made our stay a wonderful experience. Will definitely return.

The two ladies at the reception staff weren’t the most welcoming to me . However , the gentleman named Ian and all the other staff I met at the property quickly made the stay amazing . Ian was the most memorable as he very kind and personable and made me smile cheek to cheek during my check-out . The cleaning staff were also very kind and did an AMAZING job ! The place is beautiful and it was well worth the stay !!

What a lovely hotel. It’s it’s in a courtyard off the street and is very quiet. The room was spacious and pretty with a nice view, very clean, a comfy bed, and a beautiful large bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast. It was delicious.

Unbeatable location in Edinburgh Old Town with some of the best spots just outside your door. Very helpful and friendly staff and top notch beautiful room! The thermostats or heat/air system could use some tweaking as it was like a sauna in my first room so I was moved to a second room which was still toasty. Luckily I could open the window in my second room and let some air in so I could be cool in the night. Other than that, everything was remarkable!

A fantastic location & a beautiful building. The staff bar none were friendly & attentive from the start to the end of our stay. The room was amazing with every detail thought of. We had breakfast both mornings before setting off to explore Edinburgh & we couldn’t even consider a snack until late afternoon, highly recommend the eggs Benedict. Can’t wait to visit again.
