服務非常好，但早餐一般般，環境也不錯，交通比較便利，公交車很多，而且很便宜，購買日票衹需要5歐元，基本上 lothion bus 就能滿足去你想要去的地方。

很滿意，健身房和泳池免費使用，停車也是免費的，距離動物園比較近，雖然這次沒去動物園，這個品牌在歐洲有很多連鎖店，這家服務比較不錯的

酒店位於愛丁堡市區邊緣，可以乘坐 21，26 路到達王子傑市中心。酒店服務熱情請，可以提前辦理入住。早餐典型英式早餐

枕頭好臟！2K多一晚，還不是週末，真是太不合適了。洗手間也沒有排氣扇或者是壞掉了，用不了。床也太軟了。被安排住在地下一層，也沒電梯，要搬行李走樓梯！不會再選擇。

英國的連鎖品牌，服務品質比較穩定，離愛丁堡市區有一定距離。

乾淨，基本。離火車站走15-20分鐘，城市很漂亮走走也無妨。小，小到無法放下行李箱，洗手間分開淋浴，洗水盆，廁所。沒有燒水壺，吹風

酒店服務很好，前台看着我們帶了小孩，主動幫我們升了房。第二天早餐不小心引發了麪包機冒煙，服務員也很很耐心的幫助，友好的解決了問題。推薦來這家居住。停車方便。

地址稍遠，沒開車稍不方便。但員工服務不錯，酒吧服務員的態度值得一賺。有泳池，健身室等設備，即使下雨也能有活動

We have found this place in the last minute, but we did our best decision. The place is absolutely amazing, we got a really amazing service and the room was beautiful. Thank you! :)

Clean and spacious room. Amenities provided including hairdryer. Buffet breakfast for children is free. It is £13 per adult if booked the day before.

The impressions were very good, the hotel has everything you need for your comfortable and easy stay there.
The staff made me very happy and were very decent. They consider the customers wish and do everything to make you feel good in this hotel. Very kind, polite and good staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the girl working at the front desk of the hotel Daniela, I apologise if I spelt the name wrong. I want to note that she is an excellent worker, very delicate and correct approach to solving issues, and her human kind, sincere attitude, leave only positive emotions, as if there was no problem.
The location is very good, the stop is a minute's walk away and taxis can take you 10 minutes to the centre.
I would also like to mention the restaurant and bar, beautiful cosy atmosphere and home comfort, delicious food. Thank you to this hotel.
