Avoid! The room was tiny and stank of cleaning products yet there were what looked like urine stains on the bottom of the door and the door frame, and big stains on the carpet. It was so bad that we left without staying despite having paid in advance . I contacted Esther on my return, and she was very rude and denied everything despite my sending her photos. It is only now that I have read other reviews that I realise that we are not alone. Horrible!

For where it is excellent for me passing through for one night. 20 mins walk from the Tube and loads of shops and there is parking.

The owner of the hotel was not professional at all. No welcome or orientation at check-in. The staff and service was poor

No welcome, nothing! Arrived for check-in at approx 7pm - was taken to the living room area & was promptly informed i had been charged an incorrect price - I had been charged too little, etc & there should also be an additional £15 cleaning - which the lady then requested I kindly be willing to pay. I explained i had made full payment, per advertised rate. She said she would leave it with me to decide, after I saw the cleanliness. I explained i was only there to sleep & did not even shower there in the shared bathroom for the two days i stayed. I explained i would not require room cleaning during my stay. I was given entry codes & shown to my room. There was no quick show around or explanation of tea/coffee facilities, garden, communal spaces - NOTHING! Was just infomed breakfast was £25!!??!!??
