Bad service no possibility to shower during a late return flight Room with yellow flaws and smells like mold! Air conditioning leaking shower not clean tiles broken on the toilet hangs a cable loose no idea what it is for. And very noisy!!! Staff not friendly. Have been 2 weeks and traveled around the islands but nowhere experienced this like here.

All this hotel has its location and they think that is all you should expect, even for a stiff + $500 / night. From arrival/ check in where nobody is there, no refreshment or towel offered, slow reception staff, the first impression is that there is no management or concept of hospitality standard here: they just treat guests like cattle. As we arrived after previous online check-in from a 8 pm flight, there was no porter, check in was slow and tedious: as there was a special event in the main hall, the music and drunk attendants were swarming the lobby: our room was on the party side, we requested another room but were told that maybe they would try to get another room ready later ( !) , the music lasted till 11pm. The staff at the restaurant is as poorly trained and motivated, leaving dirty dishes on tables long after guests are gone, pool side is dirty with scattered towels and plates/glasses: when I asked the GM to contact me, I was told that he was not there over week-ends ! way to go to manage the place. Clearly, this is a tourist trap without any leadership or supervision/accountability. Flee that dump at all costs, there are many better alternatives only $15 taxi fare away...even if you have a sailing trip planned at the marina like we did :)
