He was not only warm and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience in the area. His local tips and advice were incredibly helpful and really enhanced our trip. One particular moment that stood out was when we had a puncture with our hire vehicle. Without hesitation, he stepped in to help and quickly arranged for a local mechanic to assist us. Thanks to his efforts, the issue was resolved within an hour — a huge relief during our travels! The level of service and care we received truly exceeded our expectations.
