水平旅館(Level Inn)

Fantastic little gem of a place to stay,fabulous rooms,staff and breakfast,we had collected a new vehicle and felt relaxed to see it covered very well by the cctv covering the car park, only a few minutes walk to town

When we arrived the staff was friendly and the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was also included in the price which was a bonus. Was late booking however the room was ready on arrival which we were happy with and there were no problems during our stay

A fantastic stay that started with a warm welcome when we arrived. The room (32) was superb, big comfortable bed and super shower. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious, far better than a buffet in bigger chain hotels where the food is sat in warmers. Every person we had dealings with at the hotel are a credit and the communication has been first class. Free WiFi also which is always a feature. We will definitely be returning, keep up the good work

We stayed at The Level for 3 nights and have to praise the friendly staff who made our stay so enjoyable.Our room was clean and with a so comfortable king-size bed with plenty of tea and coffee ,biscuits at hand.The cooked breakfast was more than adequate and delivered by friendly staff who were always available for a chat.Convenient to town centre and as onsite car parking.Many thanks to Tristan and his staff.Diolch

Would definitely stay at Level Inn again. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Greeted as soon as we arrived and made to feel at home and welcomed Lots of car park spaces Situation is quiet and peaceful Our bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and well presented, with fresh towels. Breakfast was included and very nice Can't fault it......keep up the good work guys 10/10

Hidden gem Absolutely the best stop over hotel we have ever stayed in, On arrival we were greeted by really friendly staff, shown to our room which was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable , Lovely sleep there , in the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a spotless dining room with fresh white linen tablecloths , everyone there is very friendly and accommodating, you feel like a genuine guest of theirs. Highly recommend this as a stop over or like us when touring around Wales.

First time i have stayed here. Used as it was close to where i was wirking. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went through everything with us. Explaining everything in detail. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and there were two pilows each without asking or needing to find another one! Surrounding area was quiet and no noise from neighbours. Full English Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, we had to wait 10mins for a table as it's only a small dining room and everyone seemed to go at the same time, but this wasn't an issue and staff were polite even though busy. Location was great for travelling to surrounding counties or for a trip to/from Pen Y Fan. Did think we took a wrong turn as wasn't expecting it to be located where it was so trust the sat nav! Would happily stay again. Thanks for a great night sleep!

Visited as part of trip to Bike Park Wales. Great price, room was clean, free WiFi, and friendly staff. There is off street parking. Breakfast was quite slow in the morning and would have been nice to have some coffee that wasn't instant was only negative. Would stay again if in area.
