雷爾小屋貝斯特韋斯特優質套房飯店(Best Western Plus Eau Claire Conference Center)

The room was pretty clean. The curtains would not come close to closing all the way so I had to close them with a hair clip. Our TV remote didn’t work and one of the electrical outlets beside one of the beds didn’t work. However, every front desk worker each of our 3 days was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absurd. It’s posted that breakfast runs until 9:30 however all 3 days by 9:00 the biscuits, gravy, coffee, and breakfast meat ran out. Anyone that asked the attendant about refilling something was told the same - we’re out for today, sorry. Sometimes the attendant would end up bringing out a little more of something, but it would be a little bit of gravy but no biscuits. Nothing stayed refilled well. The yogurt machine was completely empty the last 2 days and the attendant told another guest yogurt hadn’t been ordered. The waffle batter machine ran out before 9:30 our first 2 days. The first 2 days I overheard people in the breakfast room talking about problems in their rooms too. One lady mentioned she was part of a group of people staying in several rooms and every room had a problem. The pool was cloudy and the surface of the water had that slimy look to it. We didn’t venture beyond sticking our legs in even though we booked the hotel because we wanted a pool. I will not be staying here again when we’re back to see family in the area nor will I recommend it.

Room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the bathroom walls and tub and bug excrement on the walls. Was not sure what kind of bugs they were and asked for a different/clean room. Next room was not much cleaner and had a musty odor. We will not be returning and do not recommend.

Stopped on our way to MN. We were very impressed with this hotel. The price was reasonable even for a hotel with less, so this was a great value. The room was huge and nice. The only complaint I can come up with is the mattress was a little lumpy but was still comfortable. The facility - lobby, pool area, breakfast area, etc were very nice. It even had a little bar and grill in it. And the breakfast...was fantastic! Great stay!

This was the very best place I have stayed at in years, Cleanliness, Fantastic hospitality from the Staff ( Jocelyn is a rare gem ) Best Western should acknowledge this one) breakfast was great, entire place very much felt like a home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful facility!

The room we were assigned had not been cleaned . The desk staff was very professional, apologized and gave us another room. The door was propped open, the bed was made and the bathroom cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was debris on most of the floor. We were told the cleaning staff had left for the day so they couldnt do anything about the floor.

Given a dirty room that had pillows and blankets thrown around the floor. Asked to come back down to front desk (with all our luggage, cooler, fishing gear etc) for a new room only to haul it all back to the same floor. New room was luckily clean, but only had 1/4 of a roll of toliet paper. Good news was the continental breakfast was some pretty great home cooking. When we stopped at front desk to check out (& I had questions) the girl was busy talking to her co-workers in the back. She never turned around, so we left. Waiting patiently to see what the bill looks like as we were told the credit card machines were down earlier.

The breakfast items were not replenished and it was just before 9:00am. The orange juice dispenser was empty and the cappuccino machine broke. Maybe it was just an off day. Also the jets for the hot tub were not working

The elevator was filthy dirty with a horrible smell. They stated breakfast was included and was open between 5:30 am and 6:00 am. We went to breakfast at 6:30 am but there was nothing other than toast and waffles. We asked the desk clerk and he said the roads are bad so I don’t know when breakfast will arrive! Would not consider this hotel again.
