Upon arrival i was told that my booking was not completed due to my card being declined, i booked this room about a week or more prior to checking in and i never got any emails or calls stating my card was declined. I had to call two different 800 numbers to be able to fix the issue, my bank had alredy release the funds so this issue was on the hotel. The employee did not have no people skills and was not trying to help at all.
