Views of the bay and marsh from an expansive upper deck. Unique reverse floor plan maximizes views from bright, open living area with large sliders out to the upper deck. Walk out through more large sliders to your own deck from two of the three bedrooms on the lower level. Set back from the street, this house is private and sits on an oversized, well treed lot. There is plenty of room for parking, even for a boat if you bring one. Well behaved dogs (up to 2) are welcome and will have their own bed to sleep on. Family friendly with a baby gate and small Pack N Play available for use. Ductless A/C upstairs and down. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, beach wagon, beach chairs, newly renovated outdoor shower and USB charging hubs in each bedroom. This quintessential sun filled 576 square foot Cape Cottage is located in the historic Fort Hill area. The home has been fully renovated with modern design and amenities. There is an outdoor shower, screened in porch, gas grill, fireplace and central A/C and ceiling fans for the summer months. The home is well appointed in simplistic and comfortable style. It s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Please note, the maximum guests are two individuals. Given that this is a small house, the cottage has limited closet space. There is ample storage under the beds for clothes and two areas with shelves available for guests. As much as we would love to host guests with dogs, some canines have not been well behaved at the cottage. We no longer can allow dogs or pets of any kind. The home is a very short walk to Fort Hill and preserved uplands on the National Seashore with spectacular views of Nauset Marsh and the Outer beach. Multiple trails lead you though groves of maple, past Native American historic sites to Hemenway Landing for launching your kayak or boat. Nearby are the Atlantic Ocean beaches Nauset and Coast Guard, bike trails, nature trails, the National Seashore Park, great restaurants, and the quaint towns of Orleans and Wellfleet for all your shopping needs. The new home has a deck and screened-in porch, is open light & airy, and is beautifully decorated. The house accommodates eight people with three queen beds & two twin beds.
