頂級酒店。最高水準的賓客服務，尤其是組織的短途旅行。員工（早餐和午餐除外）都非常出色。服務友善周到。擅長戶外活動。擁有自己的巴士車隊接送。地理位置優美安靜。設有泳池、水療中心、健身中心（含三溫暖）。非常乾淨。

Overall disappointing. They make you sit through a PowerPoint slide show upon arriving, felt like camp. Anything they had to tell us was extremely straight forward and/or redundant. “Tag us on social media” was included - yuck. Also found the guides to be robotic, condescending and rude. (Not all of them - Fran was wonderful) Tita in particular was NOT a good guide, couldn’t not stand being in her group. This was our final stop after staying at equally high level resorts and I thought basically every guide at our other hotels in Patagonia/Atacama were amazing. I got very tired of being talked down to with the amount of money I spent to be here. There aren’t a lot of options but I regret not staying at Nayara. Positives - great bartenders/drinks and the servers are extremely professional. And of course, the Moai are amazing, which is probably how a hotel like this can get away with being subpar.

這是我第六次入住Explora飯店，上一次還是好幾年前的事了。它和我記憶中一樣，是最好的！飯店很漂亮，房間舒適溫馨，工作人員熱情友好，隨時準備滿足我的任何需求。探險套餐和「全包」餐飲都很棒！我從來不用錢包，尤其是在拉帕努伊島，錢包很方便，因為任何探險都應該有當地導遊陪同，所以這家酒店讓一切都變得輕鬆便捷。友好且知識淵博的導遊會提供當地信息，讓你感到安心無憂。餐飲也是一流的！

A avaliação é de um hotel espetacular, no conceito que se propôs. Estar no Explora é certeza de qualidade em todos os aspectos. A comida é preparada por chef em sintonia com o lugar e em variedade inteligente, sem excesso. As acomodações são espaçosas, limpas e confortáveis. Os passeios abrangem todas as possibilidades e são acompanhados por guias preparados e conhecedores. Super recomendo!

Increíble el hotel y sus instalaciones, por sobre todo la organización de las actividades todo muy bien pensado. El personal, los guías y su conocimiento, la cocina y la atención espectacular. Un lugar mágico, totalmente recomendado!!!

If you really want to make the most of Rapa Nui stay here. There was absolutely nothing I had to worry about. My only "concern" was to choose which excursion I wanted for the day. Guides are local which makes a difference and helps understand such a special place and culture.
