El Hotel de Explora en Rapa Nui, es exelente va mas allá de cualquier expectativa, preocupados de cada detalle, la atención del personal digna de destacar, todos demasiado simpaticos y amorosos, las comidas deliciosas y muy gourmet, la verdad 10 de 10, una experiencia inolvidable, indudablemente volvería otra vez

La energía y mística de la isla de pascua plasmada con sutileza , elegancia y a la vez simpleza por Explora . Una experiencia que quisiera repetir una y otra vez ! El magnetismo de Isla de Pascua te atrapa, encanta y te lleva a vivir una experiencia única !

Overall disappointing. They make you sit through a PowerPoint slide show upon arriving, felt like camp. Anything they had to tell us was extremely straight forward and/or redundant. “Tag us on social media” was included - yuck. Also found the guides to be robotic, condescending and rude. (Not all of them - Fran was wonderful) Tita in particular was NOT a good guide, couldn’t not stand being in her group. This was our final stop after staying at equally high level resorts and I thought basically every guide at our other hotels in Patagonia/Atacama were amazing. I got very tired of being talked down to with the amount of money I spent to be here. There aren’t a lot of options but I regret not staying at Nayara. Positives - great bartenders/drinks and the servers are extremely professional. And of course, the Moai are amazing, which is probably how a hotel like this can get away with being subpar.

Our experience at Explora Rapa Nui was fantastic. From the personal greeting when we arrived to the care we recieved throughout our stay we felt like we were treated as family. The twice a day explorations are expertly organised and guided by Rapa Nui people who have an exceptional understanding of their home and history. We didn't want to leave

We cannot say enough about the Explora. We came with two families and 5 children under 5 years old. (Your mileage may vary on that choice!) In any case, the entire Explora staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to adjust our excursions to our speed and still see all that Rapa Nui had to offer. We’d also like to specifically call out Maha and Popa as particular highlights of our visit. They simply made everyone comfortable (especially this kids) even though that’s not their standard fare. A top experience 4 nights in this paradice of a place does something to you. The guides that took us to all these magical places were well prepared and knew the history very well. Some of them need to improve their english, but they try their best. The food was good, and the lunch soups were dull, but we hope the chief learns. Everyone tried their best for us all the time, and we enjoyed the stay every minute.
