We held a lunch at the hotel for my parents 60th wedding anniversary in early December and were impressed with the hotel and all its staff. Having lived in Eastbourne for many years I had never been to this hotel but it is a beautiful building and decorated lovely inside. The food was good and reasonably priced and the hotel also let us take our own wine and charged us a corkage fee which was much appreciated and kept the cost down. Ola who helped us organise the lunch was very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff that we encountered which is unusual in this day and age in hospitality. Thank you Ola and team. We will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

We held a surprise 70th Birthday party for my dad. The whole night was amazing, the food, the room, the dj, the bar. Everybody who attended had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the room downstairs for a get together. We had about 50 guests, which was perfect for our night. Glen and all the staff were amazing.

Went as 3 couples on turkey and tinsel coach package with uk sunrise holidays. I have to say that the bedrooms and indoor areas were immaculate, nicely decorated and comfy. Lovely views of the sea, and a Christmas tree in every room! Food was good and staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. This was my third visit and we shall be back again next year!

This hotel needs to be applauded for starting a fornightly lunch club for people on their own who wish to make friends & enjoy a delicious meal in company They offer a compalemantary meal on the first visit with a choice of three different imaginative dishes for each of three courses. The cost normally is £15 for two course & £17.50 for threeWe were made very welcome & all the staff were friendly & efficient & the menu was imaginably compiled & beautifully presented. The whole experience was most impressive & the hotel tastefully decorated with spotlessly clean toilets. This is a valuable contribution to the Eastbourne community & much appreciated. I can highly recommend it

Such a lovely hotel. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, tasty breakfast, right on seafront with beautiful views from my bedroom. I parked on residential streets behind hotel for free, but I understand you can buy a permit from hotel for seafront for £2. I was so impressed with the hotel. Stay here if you can.
