Very conveniently located to town. Lots of local shops and boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Property was old but well maintained around. The only we didn't like was the outside noise. They provided ear plugs but that's the way to go about to dealing with outside noise. Perhaps they should look into sound proofing Windows. Checkin was simple _ I chose the in person check in over remote check in which requires guests to go to their sister property (only 1 mins drive away).

I always like glass glasses, not the flimsy environmentally wasteful things. This place had all good dink and wine glass glasses. thanks

Loved this Hotel Stratford. Renovations preserved the architecture of the rooms. Gas fireplace ...beautiful. Nespresso Coffee Machine, thank you . Hot water was hot. Very clean rooms, hallways, entrance. Absolutely no complaints.

We enjoyed the hotel, the hot water took a bit of time to get going, but it was hot once you got it. Bed was a bit firmer than I would like, otherwise very clean. Nice location, old style charm.

They didn’t have anyone in front desk. I had to wait 20 min outside under the rain. Room smell really bad

Great place. Very walkable. The only downside is it is close to a busy street so it’s a bit loud, but they do provide ear plugs.

Very clean but Wi Fi was terrible. Codes were sent to open both front door and our room. No one was at the front desk, but we had received an email prior confirming this. We did have a phone no. To call if we needed anything.

It was a quaint and cozy room. The size was perfect for me and my husband. We really enjoyed the small attention to detail, such as a bottle of water beside the bed, the Chai tea gift with a note for us to take, as well as having a coffee maker for the morning. It was easy to send messages with questions or concerns I had and overall, I felt like a valued guest even if i saw nobody in the lobby.

Clean room nice bed. Street traffic is a little loud but they did provide ear plugs. Not much in terms of blocking noise from the hallway. All around good stay
