We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) travelling from Chennai, stayed here for 3 nights. The property is an excellent one and located in a prime area, very easily accessible to MG marg. The hotel staff were very supportive and we were very happy with their hospitality. Especially the food service and support. We personally wish to call out Varsha reception, food - Abhi, Sunitha and Neha for making our stay memorable. We stayed in the executive room with balcony view, which was very pleasing. Big pluses are, good location, very very nice staff, rooms n bathrooms are well maintained, lot of eateries n eseesntial shops nearby. Food and it's cost are also tasty and at par/nominal with other nearby restaurant costs. If at all i have to mention any low point, then it would be parking ( just like other hotels situated on the same road). Since this hotel is in a prime location, even 1 min delay to get in or get out of your vehicle will cause traffic chaos and inconvenience to the driver. Tourist guests need to take care of that alone. Rest apart, you will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Lovely place with lovely people no words to describe the stay, Everything was in order, First visit to northeast with the company members, Stay was comfortable, room was nicely made with all the 5 star amenities. I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch.
The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something.
Its an amazing property. Loved it.

This is one fo the best hotel i can say, we can see the beautiful view of Kanchanjunga from the hotel, Hotel is neat and clean and best in the class. All staff are very cooperative and sensible. Specially the front office Aarti/Mahi is very polite and cooperative, we felt like our own place and enjoyed and lot with variety of food and othe acivities like Karoke, DJ nite etc. Even the staff was also enjoyed in dance and made our days very memorable. We will recomend this hotel to every one.

We stayed at The Z Retreat & Spa for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of city life, offering a calm and quiet environment. The room was quite spacious, neat and comfy. We had the room decoration done and it was decorated very nicely. The food there was also good. We had the candlelight dinner and the food & drinks were really good. The food is pocket-friendly. The staff there was very courteous and helpful; they answered all your questions promptly and made sure you felt supported. The Z Retreat is a good choice of hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit Gangtok as a couple or with a family. Thank you.

I booked room for two nights, feeling dampness smell in my room, clean bathroom ,the first day breakfast was really good and tasty,but second day it was opposite of first day. Customer service is supportive.MG road market is within one Kilometre .The location of the hotel is in posh VIP area .

An excellent property that has been very well maintained. Located slightly away from the Gangtok town, the resort has all the necessary facilities, surrounded by excellent greenery and the views outside the rooms were excellent. Restaurant was great with a great buffet option available.The hotel front office staff were very courteous also we would like to maintain the name Mr. Giri, Ms. Kakoli, Mr. Krishna and others they are very helped us to make the stay more comfortable with their impeccable service they made sure we enjoy our stay in the best way possible.

SShree619在整個gangtok中,沒有比Tag*****更好的住宿,我在這裏度過了如此美妙的體驗。樓下的旅遊咖啡館(由tag*****擁有)是整個住宿的亮點,食物很棒,服務友好,你大多想在咖啡館放鬆一下。咖啡館已經生活了所有說好的設施都提供了,房間,洗手間很乾淨,有24小時熱水。互聯網也很好,不適合工作。整個地方的氛圍非常包容,甚至對於一個單獨旅行者來說,我遇到了一羣前往同一個目的地的人,我們計劃通勤一起。他們還安排旅行和住宿在sikkim的不同部分*****旅行許可證,確保你提前告知他們與同伴揹包客Tag***********是我遇到過的最友好的主人,如此溫暖熱情好客我只能想到我的下一次訪問。這個地方有x因素,這是我過去訪問過的所有zostels中缺少的。

My experience was incredible here. I was on workation for almost a month here. (There's power back-up in common area) Location: 4.5 ( walking distance from MG Marg, can take a cab easily as well) Price: Reasonable for dorm. Vibe: 5 best🤌 Food: 4 mostly good, tell them specifically how you like it and they'll make it as per your liking. Aita makes awesome Mac n cheese. Weekends are lit Owner Karma and Ashu who manages the place are very warm people. They go the extra mile not only to make your stay wonderful but also help you plan your travel to other parts of the state. They become your go to SPOCs for Any and Every query 😃 All of the staff including Priyanjali, Rohan and Akash are super awesome folks who make Zostel the place it is, they are the vibe actually and I love how Karma and Ashu have created that bond with team to serve the hostellers with the best. The place is more of feels🌼 than anything else. During work days, you'll see tonnes of people with their laptops being sensitive to each other's calls and work deliverables and the same people will be seen partying hard in the evening. This place has all that you expect from a bagpacking hostel.
