OK Un hotel sencillo pero bien ubicado, bastante estacionamiento y se sentía seguro. Esta cerca de shopping y diferentes tiendas que puedes ir caminando y esta al lado de walgreens. El hotel tiene transportacion 24 horas hacia el aeropuerto (esta como a 5-10 minutos). Incluye desayuno (normal). Lo unico malo de este hotes es que se fue la luz como por 2 horas (de 1-3 de la mañana aproximadamente) y fue un evento un poco tenso ya que toda el area se quedo sin luz y al no conocer el area pues no sabes que pueda suceder. A pesar de todo no sucedio nada malo y en la mañana todo estaba normal. RECOMENDADO

We travelled from Canada to visit Atlanta for my daughter's 17th birthday and we had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the hotel staff was OUTSTANDING. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the cleaners, and breakfast staff made us feel welcome and were quick to offer help. The shuttle drivers, Richard and Oshea, were friendly, personable and incredibly helpful. Would highly reccommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

no security; 14 cars windows busted out within the last 10days and hotel did nothing to help prevent the safety of cars; cars were parked less than 30ft from main entrance.. when speaking with manager on site he stated that he felt no need to inform customers as his management team was aware.. per police pd the hotel cameras do NOT record or save, they had asked them in efforts to catch individuals.. WOULD NOT STAY THERE!!

The lobby was open and clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. The view from our room was very nice, great view of the deck and pond. However, my carpet in our room was completely ruined and stained with red and not very clean. We wouldn't even take our socks off. Also this is listed with an indoor pool and it is not heated so our children couldn't even enjoy it. It was freezing. So while it is indoors it is still a seasonal pool.

The room was clean but need to paint room wall. The breakfast was good and front desk staff was very helpful. We had our family reunion Wilcox there and everything was nice. I would stay there again. Thanks

Paid for 3 beds but this hotel only has a max of 2 beds!! So had to put 3 kids on a bed which was uncomfortable. Their listings need to be updated. The in-room fridge didn’t work and had water underneath it. The microwave barely heated food up. This was an overpriced hotel and not with the money. Very disappointed!

Really nice hotel, love the deck with the lake in back. My biggest complaint is the water drained really slow when taking a shower or using the sink. Other than that we love it, and breakfast was really good also.

There was an issue with ants. The little lake in the back is nice and we took a walk around but when you go in surrounding area, it doesn't feel as safe. There were nice shopping areas nearby. Staff was hit or miss with hospitality. One gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly while another lady was the opposite.

No toilet paper in room (not even a place to hold it).I had better breakfast at other Holiday Inn Express. The food in the area was subpar at best ( Publix Grocery store is the only good thing there)
