Communication was great leading up to check-in which went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen had appliances, along with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to use. The location is great- a short drive to the beach which was amazing. It was a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Niantic.

Lovely home, great location! This house was so cozy and welcoming. We loved having some games to play, cozy beds, and an easy walk or drive to the local beach--great for kiddo!

I liked how all of the necessities were provided by the owner and more. They had everything from toothpaste to deodorants to fresh coffee beans with a grinder in case you’d like some coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind. Thank you.

Sweet spot in Niantic Clean and comfortable spot on a quiet street a short drive from the beach and downtown Niantic. It had everything we needed and the owners were responsive to our questions when we booked.

Nice cottage in quiet neighborhood This was a nice, quiet cottage perfect for 4 adults. Had everything for a weekend - easy in and out, comfy beds, good kitchen.

Great cottage! This well maintained cottage in Niantic was clean, cozy and comfortable. While we didn’t have an opportunity to cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The house plants and great selection of books was a nice touch. The owners Bob & Jill were very accessible. We would definitely stay there again.
