It's proximity to Mass Mutual Center and MGM Grand was great. There's not enough staff at this Marriott. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took 1/2 hour to get it to me. Room Service took so long we had to leave and met the server in the hallway with the food. Toilet paper holder was broken, M&Ms on floor near the bed, empty Kleenex box, and when housekeeping came in our second morning, the top sheet was crumpled at the foot of the bed and I had to re-make it. Even the front desk could not get through to housekeeping for us - they weren't picking up the phone due to lack of staff.
