Front desk guy was very friendly. But fridge wasn’t working he changed it for me he was really considerate. No microwave in the room that’s kinda annoying considering the price but room was clean

The room was on the smaller side but was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff, housekeeping and especially the morning breakfast/kitchen staff were friendly. The room was perfect for our short stay in Lancaster.

Staff was amazing. Had a bunch of kids running around late at kids banging on doors. Made it very tough I. The staff and they did very well in controlling the situation

Clean room, breakfast was decent but wish it was earlier than 7 since we had to be out for wrestling tournament. Staff was friendly.

Our stay was mostly good. Wasnt top notch. Stayed 2 nights. Did not receive any sort of housekeeping service during our stay (no we did not have the “do not disturb” sign deployed). There was a few finishes that were in a bit of disrepair. But the pool, although small, was decent. Gym the same. Breakfast was limited, but it was decent quality and better than a “continental” breakfast. Staff friendly and inviting. Room was quiet and comfortable. No shortage of parking. I’d consider staying here again.
