The people here is nice, but the smell of the corridor is really not good....

Floors on the 3rd floor where super sticky not sure if they were just dirty. But kind of gross to walk on

Bathroom sink stopper got stuck in closed position, I asked the staff to fix it. Someone removed the cover but water still drained very slow. Along with that, the cold water side did not work. Handle would turn fine but no water would come out.. I asked the staff to fix it but they never did. The staff is aware of theses issues, maybe they will fix things for the next customer.

Good value. Very clean. One front desk staffer could be better at communicating...pay attention and talk clearly. No shower bar in shower...I prefer. Room had vinyl floors...this was a plus as compared to carpeting in many hotels. Free breakfast was good.

Room was dirty I had to check out earlier because it was not safe for me and my family I would not recommend this hotel for anyone

We stayed in room 225, the deadbolt would not move to the lock position and the swing “chain” did not have the piece that connects to the door. We ended up positioning the chair in the doorway so it would block the door from being opened. The window would not close all the way to be able to lock it and we could hear road and weather noise.
