This house is RIGHT ON the Boardman River, across the river from State Land and near by to numerous beautiful hiking trails which cross through old growth forests. The House has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. This a great central spot for you to explore the area! We own many other rental properties and have just finished remodeling this split level ranch house along the Boardman River close to Downtown. The Boardman river winds along River rd into town and then into the Bay. Grand Traverse County and Traverse City have been restoring this sacred River to its natural habitat by removing all the dams. Come and relax on this secluded river! We are close to many beautiful hikes along the Boardman river, including the Brown Bridge Natural Area and the North Country Trail. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom in the upstairs area and there is a pull out futon in the basement level that is very comfortable (the futon mattress has springs). The Dining area looks out over the deck to the River. There are no neighbors to the east of the house and State Land is directly across the River, leaving this spot secluded and quiet.
