The property is beautiful. Very quiet resort. Service was not great. Which I am not used to. I had issue with getting my room serviced. I don’t think I would go back.

I absolutely loved the place, didn’t miss a thing. Friendly staff, always available , super clean. Gym available, very good breakfast, contrails , snacks everything was beautiful! Will definitely be back.

Management had the opportunity to assist and failed miserably. I’ve been to many iberostars and was disappointed with the managers here. ******* was lacking as well. Too bad because it’s a nice property and friendly staff.

Not 5 star or Adult's Only Not a 5 star. They should have held off opening or at least offer half of rooms. Only 2 restaurants open out of 4 1 restaurant was closed 1 night no restaurants should ever be closed at a resort. Got woken up ar 4:00 a.m. every single day the workers were in the pool area and had no consideration of the time playing music yelling at each other. The elevator had such a bad oder of sewage they shut it down several times. Spa was not spa like at all no music not water features massage hurt and wasn't relaxing. Ceilings had water stains, fire alarms went off constantly. Not an adult only as stated when i was looking at check in i mentioned this and they said not yet but no children allowed at the infinity pool 3 day's later children at rhe infinity pool whn i spoke to a manager about that she basically brushed it off. I ordered a coffee and got up to pay the kid that was working the coffee shop left to tend to the bar and i had to wait 30 minutes for him to come back so i could pay (most people would have left without paying). Most days construction and repairs were going on and made it not very relaxing. One of the bartenders and waitress at the pool bar charged us for 3 drinks and only ordered 1 i brought it to a managers attention she made excuses for it and changed the amount ummm how about comp it and make up for the sceaming. Most staff was wonderful but they need to **** out the bad otherwise vacationers will be getting overcharged and overlooked.

This property has everything you need for an amazing getaway in Aruba. Located on Eagle Beach, it’s not too busy. There’s tons of beach chairs provided by the hotel and the staff on the beach make you feel safe leaving your belongings there while you go in the water. I’d recommend exploring restaurants close by and on Palm Beach as there’s tons of options. The food options at this resort were also incredible. We will definitely be back!!
