I stay at this hotel every time I have training's that go over multiple days for work. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. When you stay several days, they do not even freshen your room. If you need clean towels, more coffee, and trash emptied, you need to go to the desk and do it yourself. I understand not having a full clean and change over in the room each day, but a freshen up would be nice.

Nice place to stay ! Two downfalls was hot tub was out of order I wish they would of told me this when I reserved my rooms I probably would of looked elsewhere and there was no microwave in rooms. …..everything else was good 😊

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Check-in was easy, room was nice, had a Bistro where you can get food/drinks in the evening. Staff very friendly and a shuttle service to and from airport that is fast, convenient. Would definitely recommend it.

Assisted with international delegation. Helpful checking in 13 people. Great service with the Bristo food service. Good shuttle service. Perfect location near airport and all major freeways in Mpls

They raised my fare since I told them that I had a personal emergency, I booked the hotel for 6 night I only stayed 3, that was more than enough. People at the front desk really rude. I would never gonna come back over there.
