Horrible experience,
Rooms were not, clean and taps were broken in washroom, no basic facilities like tea, coffee or RO water.
Bedsheets were stained and dirty.

Make my trip is engage is fraudent and cheating with customer. Room rate was just 1300 while co charged 2200 per day after giving fake discount. Room was horrible and `nothing was working over there and also rating given by make my trip was fake. Room was smelly and diffcultt to stay. Room was not cleaned for 3 days and staff was sleeping over there. All please byoctt this make my trip horrible cheating by these kind of company. I will see if i can file fir ***** wth fraud application to consmer court.

No assistance properly, no even water available, no tolet cleen, taken extra on 2 hr before checkin. Average to stay only in room. Tv is not in working, everything is an average.

The location of this hotel is beautiful. Budget hotel. Nice room and staff behaviour is just marvelous.

Room and washroom were clean. Hotel staff was good. Room sizes were small for 3 people. Good clean location. 700 meters from temple. Overall good place for reasonable rate.

We reached the hotel at 6:00 am ( morning. It was early check in. Generally even most of the 4 star hotels also allow early check in on one basis that you should do early check out. But at hotel madhusadan they charge e 600 apart from hotel charges for early check in. The room and washroom was not clean. Even when i opened the dustbin it was stinking.
