There is need to maintenance of property. Staff is very polite, breakfast was delicious with lot of variety. There is need to take care about cleaning because bed sheet and blanket was not proper cleaned. Rest all is good overall it's rating is good

it was ok but not good Not very clean room. The food was ok but coffee pot was dirty and glass was not cleaned.

Hotel is not clean. Bed sheets were dirty. There are Paan stains as you step outside the lobby. The GYM has not been cleaned in a 1000 years. The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent and value for money

Unable to contact and manager refuse to contact ag We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to refund your booking and reach out to your property to see if refunding your cancellation fee was possible. We've contacted Ginger Dwarka to see if they could make an exception and grant a refund. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there's nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we're sorry that a refund wasn't possible.
