有點遲評,因爲我們(我妻子和去年6月在迪士爾多夫) The Red:非常風的公寓,裝置清,很安靜。在迪士爾多夫的超位置,靠近河邊。角的很多餐廳和咖啡館。走到老城的短路。超級友好的工作人員每條路都去感覺好回家。隨時都回來。

Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Location was ideal, rooms were well designed and very comfortable l. The food during our stay was very good during the medical tourism conference. The chefs are to be commended. An added specific compliment here for the employee, Zoe. She is one of the restaurant managers. She worked both days of our trade show as her time was needed at our conference. She did an excellent job, was most helpful to me and other guests, was busy all the day, translated from English to German for some of the other staff in the kitchen and was smiling all the day asking how everyone was doing. She is a excellent employee and a representative in the hotel to seek for assistance. Her English is perfect. Excellent attitude and work ethic. Also, the check in by Mr. Koch was also very good. He helped me find a pharmacist quickly before it closed, printed the directions and showed me where to walk. There is a most helpful man working in the lobby. I spoke with him a long time. He is from Nigeria. I travel to Africa often for my work. This hotel has exceptional service, amenities and staff. Well done Zoe, Mr. Koch (cannot remember his first name) and my Nigerian friend in the lobby. The lobby of the hotel is quite attractive. Worth spending time there relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.

價格比-質量比很好!!!價格超過合理的價格(兩張51歐元的房間,這是在杜塞爾多夫的粉紅色狂歡節星期一)。我不知道,也許人們害怕天氣不好,所以我們很幸運的價格。無論如何,便利設施都很高,而且只吃7.5歐元的早餐(對德國來說,這不貴),比讚美的還要高。吃的甜點會讓人發瘋。

牀很舒服,早餐也足夠。工作人員很有禮貌,很隨和,因爲我們確實提前到達,並設法獲得了房間,我們也非常友善,免費批准了稍後的退房。位置當然是中心,公共交通也很方便。但是,這不是一家精品酒店,至少在客房內。雖然公共區域看起來裝飾精美,時尚,但我們的房間在絲毫不符合相同的標準。我們住在336房間,允許我列出一些需要注意的維護項目:閱讀燈不工作,因爲損壞;側燈只有一個燈泡,浴室的瓷磚即將鬆動,很明顯空氣調節器會弄髒可愛的水漬發泄。這些都妨礙了舒適的睡眠或充足的住宿,但是它們確實使房間看起來疲憊,不值得。啊,當接到房間的電話時,我們無法接聽電話,因爲電話線鬆了。我們試圖把它放回去,但電話仍然無法工作。我們爲房間小而做準備,它當然小,並完成了工作,最後,如果在現場停車,確實要爲狹窄的角落和彎路做好準備。任何比迷你車大的東西都需要一些操作和小心,你可能會從停車場出來,身邊有劃痕,因爲你會注意到以前司機在牆上留下的許多劃痕。

wer in einer Großstadt mal ein zentrales, kleines, preiswertes Hotel sucht, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Reibungslose Kommunikation, sympathischer Kontakt, angenehme Abwicklung - und das in Zeiten von Corona. O.k., kleine, aber saubere Zimmer mit einem ordentlichen Bad und vernünftiger Dusche, zur Zeit kein Frühstück in dieser Pandemie, vielleicht mal neue, härtere Matratzen sinnvoll - aber alles zu einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Mitten in Bilk, damit super zentral, kein störender Lärm oder laute Zimmernachbarn, Check-In mit Schlüsselcode problemlos. Und sogar eine Flasche Rotwein als Willkommensgruß auf dem Zimmer. Mein neuer Geheimtipp für eine luxusfreie Beherbergung!

Just terrible..!!! I have travelled to many hotels from the very high end to very simple b&bs, this one stands out by far.. the staff at the reception was unbelievably RUDE.. that’s a shame..!!!! I don’t mean to open up all details as I am too busy right now, but if you have the possibility to choose another hotel, Do Not Hesitate..! They should know that the world has changed and people do not pay money to see the very impolite and rude people.. they better change their attitude or change the job… running a hotel is all about respecting your customers and providing them with the minimum service required..! As if the staff has NEVER heard of the term “Customer Service” ..!!!!!!!

哇,這家酒店真是一個發現。房間很特別,牀很舒服,淋浴很棒等等。最重要的是,工作人員非常樂於助人。當我對日期有問題時,索尼婭非常有幫助(我的錯不是他們的),爲我組織了一個非常棒的替代方案,遠遠超出了我的預期。驚人的酒店會推薦。此外,靠近市中心和交通鏈接的絕佳位置。我十之八九
