Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. it was great staying there and the hospitality we got was even more unexpected. it is centrally located and the places you want to visit from there are very much near if you calculate it. There is junction mall 10 mins walking distance. Carnival cinema hall, big bazar 5 mins walking distance. and the bus stand is near to it too.

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

One of the cheat service I received from the hotel, very disappointing, they charge me good amount of price for the single occupancy, in the evening I asked for drinking water, they served, lated they came with the bill asked me to signature, said it will be chargable, when I refused, they said you will get only the bottle is on the house, rest will be chargable, mean if I don't have money I can't drink water, I paid the bill being a General Manager of a luxury Resort, for me they are make me upset badly. Hope will not hunter by any other guest. That should clear before the check in that they are not feeding any water. Oops......... Most disappointing. Will not visit,may be never. God bless
