德班德班市中心住宿飯店

由於政府可怕的新冠政策暫停了幾個月後再次開放。酒店狀態仍然不錯,優雅柔和。位置不是步行的最佳選擇 - 德班是一個危險的城市,酒店不在海灘上。服務是一流的,餐廳在昂貴的一邊,但不令人震驚。房間很可愛,優雅但不奢侈。

Nice experience and nice food only disappointed when I order food and promised to be delivered my food when ready but when i check on my order only to be told that my food was long ready and they tried to call but couldn’t find me yet my phone as been in front of me.

Arrived at the place and did not get the room I booked they told me it was taken by other people. Our room had no mirror and no tv, the air-con was not working and it was cold. Checkout is very early 10:00 in the morning which wasn’t easy. Other than that I will give the place a 5:10 great for over night stay and leave in the morning.

真的很享受我的住宿,希望酒店更新一下系統,讓trip.com的確認郵件不要去他們的垃圾郵件,不得不排隊一直打電話,真的很生氣他們找不到我的預訂,只是在他們的垃圾郵件中找到。

Very nice Location in Durban CBD closed to the beach approx 1km. Long history hotel. Professional and friendly stuffs with perfect services.

The service was great. they must supply guests with enough towels for example if you booked for 2people they must bring two towels not one and also put mat on bathroom.
