Hotel is at a great location closer to the beach. Its clean. Nice breakfast too. Lovely stay I had .

The service was great as I had extended my stay at the hotel, hospitality, food and environment is excellent. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was lovely being there.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The service was great and the welcome snacks were amazing(no hotels here in SA actually offered this to us. Great hotel!

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Golden Mile. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer schön mit Meerblick. Restaurants und Cafes in der Umgebung, vor der Tür ein kleiner Vergnügungspark für Kinder, tolle Uferpromenade und schöner Strand. Parkgarage mit fairem Preis direkt im Hotel. Für uns perfekt und wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

We stayed for one night on our way back from our cruise. It was convenient and clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Only snag was we went for a walk behind the hotel and got our cell phone stolen from some druggie on the sidewalk. In other words it is not safe to walk behind the hotels, which put a dampner on our stay in Durban. We found using a uber the only safe option to get from place to place. Just a warning to naive travellers like us!!!

I enjoyed my stay here from Friday last week to Monday this week, food was good, staff were nice, views were good, rooms were OK. Slight issues: limited TV channels to choose from, issues with room card not always working and the small shop in the hotel is ludicrous with their prices, e.g. they charge R32 for a bar of chocolate and R28 for a bottle of Coke! Eish. The area is patrolled by SAPS regularly and the beach front is quite clean. Do not venture into the area in the street behind the hotel where the China Mall is however as it is grimy beyond belief. A reccomnded stay from my side.

We made a last minute decision to book this hotel for 7 nights. The rooms were smaller than expected but liveable for 4 of us. The breakfast did not have much variety and was the same option (including fruit) every day. The housekeeping was good but arrived to two bath towels and no additional toilet roll. Staff very friendly and security was excellent. In hindsight, I wouldn't have stayed 7 nights but we were stuck with flights. It was their Winter special so you definitely got what you paid for. I would stay again but not for that long of a period. The location was good fir us as a family of surfers.

Our room on the 23rd floor had panoramic sea views and was well appointed and very clean. The staff were friendly but the breakfast buffet, in my opinion, was not quite as good as those provided by the other hotels on our tour of South Africa. The area around the hotel felt run down and had seen better days and for this reason I would not return unfortunately.

Excellent and is the place of my choice and today l am the member of this company southern sun I also enjoy the booking with the points I awarded by this company.Therefore I will always the first person to book in this place for holidays during the festive season
