亞特蘭大周界中心雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Atlanta Perimeter Center)

The staff is rude and have no clue to how to behave in the hospitality industry. I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member and one of the most basic benefits I get is a free bottle of water I need. The room had only a single water bottle, so when I called room service/front desk asking for another bottle, they said you have to come down to purchase it for $3. I explained that in all other Marriott hotels, I always get water for free and there are usually more than a single bottle per room. She was rude and said sorry that's the policy, if you want water come and buy it. Never again.

Very disappointed in the management (General Manager Nadia Khalil) at this hotel. We returned to our hotel room after a long evening at a convention and wanted to take a shower. The shower started out fine but then became SCALDING hot. The individual taking the shower was burned. The water coming out of the sink was scalding as well. We talked to the front desk, and they said that this was a KNOWN issue that happens in some rooms between 12:00-4:00 AM. The only option we had was to pack all our belongings and move to another room. There was uncertainty whether the next room would also have this problem. No one seemed to be apologetic about this inconvenience. We requested a discount on our room and was told that the manager would be in touch with us the next day. It has been over a week, and no one has contacted me about this. I have called and left a message, and still nothing. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I do not appreciate being ignored. I have given ample time for management to acknowledge this. If the water was a known issue, why isn't there a notice posted anywhere? I am puzzled why there are so many great reviews here. I will never stay in this hotel again.

New hotel. Very clean. What seemed to be teenagers at the front desk. With the teenage attitude. I Booked the wrong date. I had to go online to book. What?? Front desk can’t do that? Is this the new way? Tried to cancel my wrong reservation- a month away - and they charged me the ENTIRE room rate to cancel.

Was here for an Attila concert and it was about a 20 min drive to the hotel, needed a place to crash b4 going back home. It was great, real nice decor, first hotel I’ve been to with a pool table in the lobby which is unique, clean room , easy access, parking was great and easy to find, overall real nice if I’m ever in Atlanta again I’ll be sure to stay here next time!

1) carts to carry luggage are terrible..too small and impossible to steer…very irritating to deal with them after a long drive..really almost useless 2) sliding doors to toilet room do not close..no privacy.My husband says “never again book at Aloft”

The staff was excellent during our check-in and check-out process. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so we did not get to try a meal there. The rooms are very contemporary styled, and the hotel was quiet which we enjoyed. I believe it caters more to business travelers since it is located in an office park environment, and we were there on a weekend night. The only negative we noticed was that the common areas had a damp smell as if the HVAC wasn't working to de-humidify very well. All around a nice stay.

first of all we went to the wrong hotel (the one we actually wanted in the Battery Atlanta) They would NOT accept our reservations from the other Aloft located across town. No help what so ever.

The fire alarm went off the morning of our last day. We didn’t have water from 7am until when we left around 9am. When I asked the front desk if we would be compensated in any way for not being able to use the restrooms, brush our teeth or shower I was told no because we paid in full using *******.

Brand new hotel and it is great! Nice lobby and bar set up - even has a pool table to enjoy. Only complaint we had was the water saving shower felt like a trickle coming out - hardly any pressure or power to it and the volume of water was SUPER LOW. Otherwise we loved the staff, the room and the location near Sandy Springs and Atlanta.
