亞特蘭大北市區威斯汀飯店(The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North)

Really great hotel. Nice staff, big open entry and lobby. The Westin definitely didn’t forget to give everyone their own space, secure parking lot. Very clean look and feel. I could see Queen and King business towers and had a beautiful lake view from my room on the 11th floor. Overall, i can be sure that I’ll stay here again!!

I stayed in the most expensive suite of the hotel and the shower doors looked like petrin dishes, the carpet in the room was filled with red stains all over the room. The AC conked out at 3:00am so it es so good I couldn’t sleep, they had me go to another floor to sleep. The cabinet door for the fridge was falling off the hinges, and the wall paper next to to the vanity mirror was ripped. This was a $300 dollar x night suite, and when I sent the manager an email about this, they were apologetic but made very little effort to compensate me for the hassle. Wont be going back there again.

Bad experience. The photos are misleading. There was not a tub/separate shower as the pictures show on the website. I got there and changed rooms 3 times. The 3rd room the in room phone did not work. I went to front desk and advised them the phone did not work and there was only one set of wash cloths/towels. They did not bring anything to the room or fix the phone. Housekeeping made the bed but did not throw away any food that was lying around that was clearly trash. Terrible customer service.

I do not like the fact that you pay your money to stay here and you still have to pay for parking.

******* doesn’t tell you that parking is extra. $20 per night for self parking or $30 for valet. Other than that, it’s a great place with friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

There was an intermittent high pitch noise in the room during my stay. Not sure if it was coming from an appliance or HVAC. Also had an adjoining room. We could hear the couple next door talking, giggling and **********y during the wee morning hours.
