This hotel is the worst premier inn I've stayed at. Rooms where not fully furnished like other hotels in the chain. Both breakfast and evening meals where luke warm at best. No service with a smile. Workmen out side the room window banging and operating machines at 8am waking everybody up. Woke up on last day to find Flat tyre on my car due to workmens screw. I found the exact same screws lying around the carpark. After putting the spare on it cost me £40 to get fixed before driving home. Won't be going back...

Someone (with a keycard) walked into the bedroom before we had checked out. I complained to the front desk and they said they would investigate and come back to me and they havent. I find this a major concern given my partner was still in bed so its a significant security breach.

Great service from one of the best Premier inn i have stayed in. Staff were warm and welcoming nothing to much hassle. As someone who lives life on the road for work will defiantly be using this hotel again

Terrible experience room was dirty so was the bathroom and smelt of wet dogs. Food also got returned as was fatty and £25 fillet shouldn't be

My colleague and I checked in. I enquired about the meal deal that was reflected on our invoices and were told that was not the case, a meal deal would need to be paid for separately. Okay, we accept that. Now the invoice further states that we are charged for a room each breakfast included, again we were told that this was not so. So, why were the invoices different from the receipts your receptionist printed out? Anyway, we had to go to Tesco to buy our supper and what would constitute breakfast. We later met our colleague who actually were complimentary of the hotel service because they had their meal deal and breakfast, both meal options we were denied.

the room was like a sauna for the whole time. Ridiculously hot, no AC, the fan provided was useless. It gave a really bad night sleep due to how hot it was. Room was usual premier inn standard which was fine but they need to do something out temperature in rooms. Was showing 27 degrees at 1.00am! Not compatible with a comfortable night stay in the summer months. Whitbread need to update and put AC in rooms with climate change showing no sign of temperatures reducing.
