金沙珊瑚飯店(Coral Sands Hotel)

We stayed at this property four years ago and the experience was completely different. Sadly, we returned and the service was disappointing. Hot water was turned off while I was in the middle of my shower without notice and did not come back for a while. We lost our dinner reservations because of this. Service was terrible. Food is not ok. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

I have been trying to contact someone with customer care and ******* and I have not been able to reach anyone to help me. My reservation was completely wrong and no one ever called back to hotel to resolve this issue. Completely disappointed will not use ******* and will not recommend ******* anytime in the future

THE HOTEL IS A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY IN THE WATER, HOWEVER, THE TREATMENT OF THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE NASTY AND UNTRAINED TO SERVE. WE HAVE TRAVELLED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND NEVER HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. YOU MAY THINK THAT WE ARE EXAGERATING, GO AND EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF.

Coral Sands has unhelpful staff. The breakfast was included but you only get one option and it’s a cheap offering. Not worth the money that you pay

Beautiful beach front hotel . Infinity pool over looking beautiful pink sands beach . Food was incredible. Kay in the kitchen went above and beyond making us a special Bahamian Coconut loaf. Sandy at the beach was always smiling in return making us smile . Every single staff member was extremely helpful .

We had a last minute stay at Coral Sands after our flight was cancelled and we loved it! Beautiful property, great views, good food and friendly staff! We hope to come back some day!

The property is beautiful. The beach is beautiful although it’s the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean Sea. The employees were extremely nice and provided excellent service. One of the managers, named James was very welcoming and went above and beyond to provide us excellent service. I did not meet not one employee who was not friendly and overall great. Every time we reach out to any employee, we received an immediate response. The only negative I have is one of the meals (the orange roughy on the dinner menu) at the restaurant was not that good at all and was just warm when it arrived. However, the pizza at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, our stay was excellent!
