There was only 1 staff member per shift for check ins, answering calls, tending to clients' needs, etc.. However, each staff member was very nice, efficient and accommodating. The pool was functional but the hot tub, ice machine, and vending machines were not. The breakfast was decent which included a variety of bread items, cereal, sausage, precooked eggs, coffee, juice, & yogurt. The only fruit item were bananas. The 1st room assigned was damp and the door opened automatically when the accessibility button was pushed. Due to this safety concern I was switched to another room that was extremely musty, damp and had an excessive amount of black mold (324). The coughing and choking that proceeded after sleeping in that room left no doubt of the black mold problem... Not to mention that the standard room accommodations (Shampoo, conditioner, water bottles, etc) were missing from the room and had to be requested... Save your health and lungs and find another hotel or at the very least if the room smells damp, request a new one. Lastly, upon checking out I requested a receipt of my stay especially since a hold was placed on my card through their terminal for any potential incidentals and was refused any documentation of my stay.. Overall, the people were nice, the location was convenient, and it was close to food and shopping. However, health is wealth, and both rooms toured had mold so this hotel is a stay at your own risk type of deal. Lackawanna, Rad same issue.

Check in was very quick. Our room was very clean. Overall the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of order. We were looking forward to using it. The staff was great.
