1703 客房飯店

Visited on a Saturday evening for drinks only. We did not have a booking but were welcomed. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were well made and delicious. Would definitely return if in the area.

Four of us visited for lunch and the entire experience was very poor. After waiting a long time to be served, eventually receiving warm wine and dirty glasses, we placed an order for food. When we finally received the food we ordered (after several errors being presented to us and a long wait for the correct items), the roast was cold, fatty and over cooked. The server didn’t know what cakes were available that day, nor it seemed did the chef who she asked; he consulted the menu asking within earshot ‘is that even on the menu?’ Some team members were using their mobile phones and ignoring customers looking for more drinks. Whether they simply did not care about their customers or lacked the training to provide a decent experience, the service was disappointing at every stage.

Poor all round. Rooms were not clean and very out of date and tired. Such a disappointment. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. No facilities e.g. no bar, no restaurant and no room service. Certainly won't be back.
