唐道克皇家飯店(Hotel Imperial Dundalk)

Nice bright rooms in this hotel, food was quite good too. The staff were pleasant. The only fault I had with the place was the noise off the street which can’t really be attributed to the property. There was also an issue with a swarm of bees that decided to take a rest at the front door.

Reception and bedrooms refurbished very well. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms very clean each day. Great location in centre of town, close to bars, eating places, transport and large shopping centre. Town decorated with beautiful murals, close to historical sites, carlingford lough and mountains of Mourne.

Nice hotel well decorated and comfortable bar area was lovely and played great music. Found room really comfortable and slept well it was noisy outside, but it is a Friday gotta be expected and not the hotels fault a comdy bed soon had me fast asleep. A small fridge would be a welcome addition to the rooms only as I like my water colder (personal point) .. staff were lovely, especially Paul. He made a solo female trip more comfortable he was lovely and helpful. friendly, but professional and chatty, making me feel very welcome and he made a wicked iced coffee.😀. overall lovely place to stay...

Had bar food this evening and have to say it was absolutely delicious steak cooked to perfection, with fabulous calamari and prawns, burger was exactly as it says on the tin “best burger in town” pizza was delicious would pay more to get a little bigger and pasta was creamy and gorgeous!! Staff very nice bit if a wait to get dessert menus so we didn’t have but hopefully next time, and there definitely will be a next time. Great food, great value.

Well located, very clean and the rooms were well equipped. We had a brilliant tasty meal, which was reasonably priced. Flavours were fabulous and service top notch.I would definitely highly recommend based on my experience... we will be back

We stayed here last week found a brown substance on the bed turn old water bottles and rubbish stuff beside our bed and hair in the shower hotel refuse to accept responsibility for the brown substance and after having no sleep refuse to give us a refund absolutely shocking would recommend staying away from this place all cost

The room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable. However, the shower was leaking half the water before it got to the shower head and this is totally unacceptable in a four star hotel. There was not enough water getting through for me to wash my hair. It's a very basic thing to get right in a hotel room being charged at a high enough price, don't mind paying if the standard is good, this was not good enough.

Hotel is dated and rather not so clean. From faulty bathtub plug to toilet seat cover which wouldn’t stay open to misbehaving tv. None of the issues by itself is too bad, but all together makes stay in this hotel not so pleasant. Don’t get seduced by nice pictures- it doesn’t show sticky carpets :(

Good points firsst, friendly reception, room very clean and temperature was just spot on. Breakfast was great too. Staff very friendly and central location is fantastic for getting around the town Now a few things were a bit annoying. Had a bite to eat in the bar and food wasn't as warm as it could have been. While the breakfast was great seating arrangements were a bit on the tight side, perhaps a table or 2 less or move people to seating outside of breakfast area. Finally and they do pre warn you but the night life noise is very audible so don't expect a quiet night's sleep until the early hours. Overall alovely stay was had by us.
