Good place to stay

Great hotel in a great location. Same street as AT&T Stadium and the home of the Texas Rangers

The review about the bed being comfortable is a joke. We had to ask for new towels and when asked they never brought them. It is close to six flags, texas live, and global life ball field. They do have a trolley for these things but good luck on gettin information on that. Best bet is to use a Uber. I wouldn’t stay a whole weekend like we did but if u need somewhere to just lay down and sleep this is your place.

Average hotel. It is clean. Front desk staff were awful with the the exception of the young man who worked late afternoon and early evening. They should put him in charge, he was the only one that seemed to care. If you have a car this isn’t a bad location if you don’t have transportation its a terrible spot. No gas stations and only one restaurant relatively close. They gouge you for water at the front desk “pantry.” The bar wasn’t open on Tuesday night. They dont serve any food with the exception of breakfast from 6-10 but it isn’t complimentary (everything is $10 on the menu). Our check-in experience was dreadful. We arrived around 12:15 pm on Tuesday and was told out room would be ready in an hour. We walked over to Bombshells restaurant and returned around 1:30pm. We were then told it would be another hour for our room. Ok i understand the 3pm check-in time but why tell us an hour if that isnt the case. The young man came on shift at 3pm and took the initiative to talk to us and get us checked in around 3:10. We watched many other get checked in starting at 1:30 when we returned. After checking at the desk several times they just kept telling us our room wasn’t ready. Very frustrating .

Convenient location near Globe Life Field (Texas Rangers Stadium), Choctaw Stadium (USFL & Rangers Old Stadium),, AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys Stadium), and Six Flags Amusement Park. Trolly service to all those locations before and after games. Inside, the hotel is clean and well kept but water pressure in rooms is low. There is a small bar and restaurant inside but both were closed during the advertised “Happy Hour” and only had a small variety of breakfast options available. Heat is also an issue outside of rooms, in the hallway, where it is at least 10` F warmer than inside rooms. There was no ice machine marked on the second floor but staff were helpful in filling my bucket for me from the bar I’ve machine. The location ids great for its closeness to facilities noted above, but it’s isolated from restaurants and other facilities so driving or taking the trolley is the only way to get food. Staff are helpful and they gave a small offering (water bottle and a cookie) for Sheraton Rewards members.

Pull out sofa had a ton of stains and had to ask for extra sheets to separate the disgusting mattress from my kids. There was also blood on the restroom wall! Courtney League (GM) was so rude and hung up on me and did not have a solution to my problem. The problem: Courtney League - The power of the internet ;) who is supposedly a general manager decided to hang up on me after disputing a charge and who refused to give me her last name so I can report my issue to the higher ups... I have a service animal (registered) and was charged a pet fee without being notified. I tried to get a refund and she told me to take it up with my credit card! I then asked for her boss and she replied with "Marriott" is my boss! Poor customer service and very rude - she even declined me sending in my documentation so I can get a refund. Her only excuse was "there was a noise complaint" | will be reaching out to corporate about this issue. What was your bosses phone number Courtney League? Oh yeah, 1-800- Marriott § Add photos

I didn’t even stay in the room. I arrived a little after 340 and the lady said I couldn’t check in. also she can’t refund me. She offers to make a new reservation but states I can’t check in till 3pm.
