This property was very unkept, the room smelled like smoke and mold to the point where I felt uncomfortable staying and needed to leave to find a different hotel. I was traveling for work and booked the hotel through my corporate platform, I will be calling them on Monday to recommend they remove the hotel from our options list

The staff was less than friendly. Check in that night had the gentleman at the desk bothered to have to check us in. The room was fine. The next morning for breakfast there was a minimal options (bagel, cereal, muffins). When I went to check out, I noticed that I was charged twice on my bill. Am trying to resolve this currently. Be aware before you book at room.

Very accommodating courteous friendly knowledgeable staff. The rooms were a bit on the old side but the employees more than made up for that even when the power went out and when the internet went out they were trying very hard to get the services back

I will never stay there again. I was not happy at all. Check in he tried to charge me twice. The bathroom was falling apart. Ceilings had water stains on it, from a leak above the room.

I asked for non smoking received a smoking room and wife of owner got loud and water to fight over her mistakes and dirty hotel.was told there was no deposit over phone when I got there it was 100 do not recommend at all

Our experience staying at Baymont was excellent. The room was very clean with everything we needed…sofa, refrigerator, comfortable king size bed, etc. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected and a variety of food. Overall A+!

Stained sheets and towels, Moldy shower curtain. I had trouble making my reservation by phone due to a language barrier. Reservation was wrong when I got there. They did let me check in early. But we had issues with the room lock and the access card.

old motel, smell, dirty..that about sums it up. Not worth the money. Hated to have my wife in this ..For a Baymont hotel, I was very disappointed.I have stayed in Baymont all over the states and NEVER had a experience like this.
