Excellent location, centre of town. New very clean, fab roof top terrace.

Parfaitement situé 6 mois de logement pour les études de mon fils. Très propre avec toutes les commodités. Très honnête sur les prestations et tarifs. Excellente relation clientèle par mail. Tout est en excellent état, Aucune déconvenue à la prise des clefs.

房間太小了——性價比不高。服務太差，也太簡陋了，根本算不上飯店。我也不喜歡這個地方，全是水泥和石頭，樹木稀少。非常不安全，有青少年團夥在附近徘徊，攻擊住戶。海濱區很不錯。

We stayed here for two nights when we were going to a concert in Dublin. There is a 24 hour reception. When we arrived, we were met by a very friendly gentleman on reception who explained how the keycard worked. The building is very secure and the keycard is required to access all areas. The one bed studios are compact with loads of storage. The double bed pulls down from the wall. There is a hotplate and fridge as well as glasses, plates, cutlery and saucepans. Everything was spotless and the shower was great. Towels and toiletries are provided . There are communal kitchens and shared living areas on each floor as well as a well equipped gym and cinema room on each floor which we did not use. There is a lovely rooftop garden with spectacular views of Dun Laoghaire and the sea.

Great idea in theory. Room tiny (as in niche). Only a Sofa bed which was so uncomfortable and the pillow (one each) were as flat as pancakes. Sofa bed edges square wooden and sharp. Gorgeous looking toilet and shower facilities but with absolutely no privacy, especially toilet sounds. Location was good though.
