普瑞米爾酒店（Premier Inn）通常是我的首選，主要是因為你知道會得到什麼。但這次不一樣。我剛從鄧弗里斯的普瑞米爾酒店（Premier Inn）度假回來，度過了兩天，感覺不太好。飯店破舊不堪，髒兮兮的，還有股潮濕的味道。而且他們的網站上說飯店內有一家餐廳供應早餐和晚餐。但事實並非如此。這家餐廳在六月就關門了，比我預訂的時間早了兩個月。所以，當我發現他們網站上的廣告和促銷訊息是錯誤的時，我真的很生氣。虛假廣告。每晚收費100英鎊，真是令人震驚。我只好在主城區找另一家餐廳。我感覺自己完全被騙了。已經寄電子郵件給他們的管理團隊投訴了。

Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Przyjazni i służący pomoca recepcjoniści. Duży bezpłatnyparkig kolo hotelu. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji obok. Napewno powrócę do Dumfris i zatrzymam się w Premier Inn Hotelu. Polecam to miejsce wszystkim

We used this hotel as a stopover on our back to the ferry terminal. It's well situated being just off the main road. Although the room we were in is beginning to look tired, it was clean and comfortable as always. No air-con but a fan was available. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Angela at breakfast and a big thank you to Lewis the champion porridge maker. Have used this hotel before and will certainly use again.

Over the years I have stopped at many Premier Inns across the UK. I have always been happy to do so. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, as well as being reasonably priced. I usually stay for at least two days. The rooms are always serviced daily, with fresh towels, and the room cleaned a tidied. Not at the Dumfries branch. When I mentioned this to the receptionist he said that I hadn’t requested it. I have never had to. When we arrived there was one person in front of us. It took over twenty minutes to book them in. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she thought it was hilarious, with a good giggle. There seems to be a lack of professionalism at Dumfries. I won’t be stopping there again.
