「酒店就在濱海大道對麪，周邊也有很多吃的，很方便！但是，我們入住的時候正好樓上在裝修，白天一直有衝擊轉的雜聲，因為就入住一天所以，所以也就將就了一下。順便說一下，房間的隔音並不是很好」

「類似國內快捷酒店，比漢庭稍微好一些，在杜馬算是很現代的，因為2018年裝修開業的，設施很新，熱水強勁，屋子裡沒有螞蟻文字壁虎，這點在杜馬很難得。不是度假型酒店，但是真心給100分，走的時候留了酒店的名片打算下次有機會的話自己郵件預定」

但是最終性價比很高呀
去了杜馬就知道他整體環境擺在那兒，這個位置去哪兒都方便，價格又這麼便宜，比較滿意的」

「交通方便，走三五分鐘就是巴士總站。樓下是711，附近有羅賓遜。晚上我們睡覺也沒有說的那麼吵，可能因為整體很嘈雜。然後一定要注意不要把吃剩的東西帶回來，我們買的冰沙牛奶，放了一晚壞了，買的漢堡，放了一晚有螞蟻爬進去了，很小的螞蟻。」

「便宜的房間條件很差，不僅房間很小，而且沒有獨立衞生間，要在外面共用衞生間，所以這個價格也不便宜了。好像預訂的時候也沒有説清楚。後來升級了房間。但加價很高。酒店服務一般，服務態度都還不錯。」

匿匿名用戶大堂比較漂亮，位置離杜馬蓋地碼頭很近。
房間設施很陳舊，燈光幽暗的像是一個老人的屋子，窗式空調，很吵。
早餐就一個餅一杯咖啡，加就一塊麵包，要錢。打包帶走，盒子也收了人民幣4塊錢。
房間不提供免費的水，一支水40，之前也沒說要收費，房間也沒提示，走的時候攔住水，打包盒什麼，各種讓我付錢。
太陳舊的設施和昏暗的燈光，感受很不好，總到來說，不值這個價。

訪訪客用戶優點：套房的房間還算寬敞，插頭有usb插孔，出行方便，樓下有很多tutu車，還有mang inasal
缺點：床單是破洞的，床頭軟包還是牀頭櫃有發黴的味道，就這麼忍着住了3天！街道上摩託車和汽車噪音特別大，每天都要在噪音中渡過。吹風機不在房間，有需要的話需要跟前台要，不方便。

AAiwanerdepangzi因為船晚點了，所以到酒店的時候已經過24點了，酒店外觀還可以，門口有停車位，但是放着一個大牌子不知道能不能停車，進到酒店內詢問保安，也沒有回覆我們就是揮揮手，結果我們自己搞定的（估計大哥迷糊了），房間不大，衞生條件實在是一般，熱水一股一股的，早餐很簡單，品種很少，但是管夠，咖啡有很嚴重的沉澱物，沒敢喝，整體一般

匿匿名用戶FLORENTINA HOMES is really what they call ”your home away from home”, the experience was great specially that we were accomodated by those very kind front desk employees, we unexpectedly got the spot to stay at the Tower room. The room was indeed fantastic, i really love the ambiance, the overlooking view from the top. The design was very artistic. What i was amazed the most was the comfort room & the shower. Haha. I really like the comfort it gives, it's cool. The food also at the gabby's bistro is delicious and affordable. Thank you so much Florentina homes and i super recommended it. The place is not just instagramable, it was whole thing extra amazing.

訪訪客用戶Golden Gate Suites is in the heart of Dumaguete's old business center. There is not much ambiance to the place . You are only a 5 minute tricycle ride from the main boulevard along the coast or 5 minutes to Robinson's Mall. But for the price of the room (which was inexpensive) the stay was very acceptable. The front desk personnel were very courteous, the room was very quiet and clean with simple furnishings. The water pressure was fine with the hot water unit working just fine. Drinking water (hot and cold) was available free but you needed to go outside the room to get the water from a dispenser in the hallway. A/C worked well, Wi-Fi worked well, in fact nothing was broken or non-functioning.
If you want a place for the basic needs of a bed and good shower for a short stay at a very low price, this is an excellent option to consider. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

PPeterOverall a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. While breakfast options were okay I think the hotel would benefit by small improvements like healthier options such as fruit compote or fresh juice rather than powdered.
TRIP should update their info as confirmation advice shows as 12.30pm checkout whereas reception advise checkout time is 12.00

EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
