Little bit far from the center and you cannot bring outside food and water inside the room and theres no personal hygiene kit in the room but the room is big and clean

Great location, clean rooms but kinda noisy at the ground floor.

Restaurants, convenience store and other merchandise are far from the location of the hotel. Thanks. Welcome.

Great place to stay,clean rooms, sanitize, friendly staff, near the city just 5 minutes ride. I had a wonderful experience at Kingswick. The staff at this residence are all great. Perfect hotel for staycation. Near the malls, atm and convenient stores

I’m very very happy with this hotel. Please note, I’m accustomed to five-star luxury hotels around the world. While this boutique hotel isn’t a five-star in that sense, let me say…. Any possible little shortcomings are EASY TO OVERLOOK due to the kindness and warm-hearted professionalism extended by the staff. They’re super duper. From the street, you actually might wonder if it’s good. But once you approach the hard working and friendly staff, and lovely interior, you’ll be happy you supported this wonderful little business. Essentially, there are three floors and a restaurant on the fourth. I personally would only choose the 2nd or 3rd floors, so you can enjoy your own private restroom, or Comfort Room as it’s called here. That’s just my view. Let’s say right away….. clean, clean, clean. Everything is clean! I love it. This is their grand re-opening time, I think, following two years of silly covid restrictions. I think it’s a family business actually, and that’s always better to support than the large corporations.

The cheaper rooms have a shared bath and they didn't tell me that before I booked. The restaurant is great. Breakfast is outstanding. The place is clean. Location sucks. The only way to get around at night is with one of their rented scooters which are old and not in great shape.
